Debug Manager 2016 (Antibiotic Guide) app for iPhone and iPad

This is the administrator app counterpart to the Debug (Antibiotic Guide) app released by mHealth Labs. The purchaser will receive the submission forms and file specifications in this app for submitting institutional data. That data will then be presented inside the Debug App for use by you and your colleagues. You may submit data for up to 5 facilities (including hospitals and outpatient clinics). This app and data will remain in the app through Dec. 31 2016. A new purchase is required each year.
